What the dashboard shows
The ChurchManager dashboard gives you four numbers at a glance:
- Weekly attendance — Pulled from check-in, updated in real time.
- First-timers this month — Everyone who visited for the first time.
- Follow-ups on track — Percentage of first-timers who’ve been contacted within the follow-up window.
- Giving reconciled — Whether this month’s giving has been matched to the bank statement.
Below those KPIs, the attendance trend chart shows the last 12 weeks side by side. You can see at a glance whether growth is consistent or if there are dips worth investigating.
Drilling down
Click any KPI number to drill into the underlying list. “Follow-ups on track: 87%” takes you directly to the 13% who aren’t — with names, last contact date, and the assigned cell leader.
Sharing the dashboard
You can share a read-only dashboard link with board members or elders who don’t have a full ChurchManager login. Go to Dashboards → Share and copy the link.
